The Tsunami Museum of Aceh, located in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, is a museum designed as a symbolic reminder of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami disaster, as well as an educational center and an emergency disaster shelter in case the area is ever hit by a tsunami again.
Rahmatullah Mosque is a mosque located on the coast of Lampuu Beach, Lhoknga, Aceh Besar, Indonesia. This mosque was built in 1990 and completed in 1997. The mosque, which is located 500 meters from the beach, still stands strong today and is one of the silent witnesses of the tsunami that devastated Aceh, December 26, 2004.
